Between The Shores

Between The Shores aims to show the dimensions of the refugee crisis by giving numbers and statistics while telling the personal story of a young refugee. It delivers emotions and hard facts equally to illustrate a bitter fate that most people don't want to see. The brochure wants to raise awareness, educate and give people a starting point for further discussions.

Schlachtfeld Wildnis

From an illustrativ point of view Lara Wilkin intend to based the visual processing on the animal representative characters, which she illustrated in a detailed black and white vector-work in order to arouse the viewer`s curiosity as well as to make his exploring insight possible. The typography positions are subordinated and being faced with the picture-object and it is used as an informative topic supplement. Lara Wilkin resisted the exclusive typographical visualization because the animal characters evoke more emotions than mere typography.

Auer Signal

Auer Signal is one of the biggest producers of high-quality signalling equipment. The former design did not reflect this quality. So a minimalistic visual language with a new Logo, high-quality photography, a new website and printed selling material were created. The history of Auer Signal were also an important aspect at the development of the new visual identity. The company exists since 1910. The Logo Mark for example is inspired by a fan, an old product of Auer Signal.

Tearalab logo design

Tearalab logo design is for a Korean and Japanese fusion bubble tea restaurant. Designer Yao inspiration comes from a laboratory test. To make a great bubble tea one must go through multiple experiments to find a good flavor. The design breaks the shackles of traditional cup elements. It introduces everyday consumers with a direct and simple element that reflects a delicate contracted design with elegant temperament.

Extra Sharp

The brief required us to create a print advert that is visually driven and captures the essence of the product and what it does. My concept is based on the predatory analogy to dramatize the sharpness of Wüsthof chef’s knife. The T-rex (chef’s knife) will effortlessly slice through your larger chunks of meat.
